Our story
One decade-old rule: verify before you sell
Orbit Spectrum began in 2014 as one desk in Riyadh trading building materials — with a single rule that outlived the desk: verify before you sell. That rule is why customers asked us to do more, and it is how a trading operation grew a field-services arm, then a parts distribution powerhouse, then a fabrication facility.
Today the group is a holding company in the truest sense: three operating businesses, each with its own brand, leadership and customers, sharing one backbone of governance, digital systems and supply-chain discipline.
We are headquartered in Riyadh and proud of it. Every business we build is a bet on Saudi capability — local industry, local talent and supply chains the Kingdom can depend on.

The first desk
Orbit Spectrum is founded in Riyadh as a trading desk for building materials, with a rule that never changed: verify before you sell.
2016
Boots on the ground
Orbit Field Services launches, taking the group from trading into hands-on MEP maintenance across Riyadh’s commercial corridors.
2019
Orbit CoolTech opens its doors
The first CoolTech wholesale counter opens in Riyadh, built around a radical idea for the market: parts lookup at the counter.
2021
10,000 SKUs and three cities
CoolTech crosses 10,000 stocked SKUs and expands to Jeddah and Dammam, becoming a national distributor.
2022
From trade to industry
Orbit Industries commissions its fabrication facility in Riyadh Industrial City II, closing the loop from supply to production.
2024
One campus, one backbone
The group HQ campus opens in Riyadh; shared ERP, ZATCA Phase-2 e-invoicing and a unified data backbone go live across all businesses.
2026
Beyond borders
