When you contact Orbit Spectrum or any of our businesses, we collect the details you provide: name, company, phone, email, and the content of your inquiry. When you browse this site we collect standard, privacy-respecting analytics such as page views and approximate region — never precise location, never cross-site tracking.

Your inquiry is routed to the team best placed to answer it — for example, a parts request goes to the Orbit CoolTech sales desk. We use contact details only to respond to you, fulfill orders, meet legal obligations (including ZATCA e-invoicing records), and, with your consent, send occasional group news.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties other than the processors needed to operate this site and our transactional email service, under confidentiality obligations.

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months; transaction records are kept as required by Saudi commercial and tax regulations. Data is hosted with reputable providers, encrypted in transit, and access-restricted to staff who need it.

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Write to privacy@orbitspectrum.sa and we will respond within the statutory period. You will also find an unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send.
