Orbit Spectrum today marked the full consolidation of its group structure at the new headquarters campus in Riyadh, uniting corporate services, shared digital infrastructure and the leadership teams of its three operating businesses under one roof.
The campus houses the group’s shared ERP, finance, people and digital functions — the “one backbone” strategy that allows each subsidiary, from Orbit CoolTech’s national parts distribution to Orbit Industries’ fabrication lines, to scale without duplicating corporate overhead.
“The holding structure exists so our businesses can move faster than they could alone,” said Group CEO Eng. Khalid Al-Harbi. “Shared systems, shared standards, separate brands built for their own customers.”
The consolidation follows a year of record performance across the group’s trade, manufacturing and technical-services segments.
